The company that I am researching has in its remuneration committee Only 2 members. The chairman and a NED. I was thinking this questions the corporate governance system in the company. Is it ok to have 2 people in the remuneration committee?????
@trephena Am really confused about the comparing part. What will I be comparing? Do I also have to go the competitor and ask questions or give them questionaires????
