How to count the no of words including charts and graphs? My ms word is showing only the words in paragraphs. Do we have to consider the words in charts and graphs?

If I use same reference source for more than one or two sentences in a paragraph can I write the reference after the paragraph? Or should I write it after each sentence?

Thanks for your reply madam. I started my part 3 with health care industry overview followed by PEST & SWOT analysis. Since health care is a service provider I thought of including balance scorecard model as well. Then under balance scorecard financial perspective I did the ratio analysis. Will that be okay or as advised by you should I remove balance scorecard model?
