    But my question is EPS reduced because shares increased but profit has not increased much so , cant we say that shareholders wealth decreased?

    take 15% and 10% discount rate!!
    under 15% PV is 22450 and so NPV is =(24000-22450)=(1550)
    under 10% PV is 26650 and so NPV is =(24000-26650)=2650

    so, IRR is, 10%+{2650/4200]*5%=13%

    We know that,MR=a-2BQ ,and MR =MC

    here MC=0
    so 0=24-0.004*2Q
    >>0.008Q=24
    >>Q=3000
