i answered the question of 2013 dec 3)b this way
discount 456000*.01 =4560
interest .05/365*30*456000 =1874
savings = 2686Your ans is 2667 , and mine 2686 ! the matter i want to know is this enough to get 5 marks and is the difference between your ans and mine will cost me?
You would lose one mark. The examiners way (not my way 🙂 ) is more correct.
