NNNNNNNNNNNNNNoooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!No need. There’s an instruction in the question paper “Not to record any answers in the question paper” which I’ve lately found out. I’m now starting to worry about the penalty.
June 15, 2015 at 11:18 pm #257178Last year session has no same instruction.
June 14, 2015 at 10:42 pm #256884I wrote my MCQs answers in the test paper during planning time and later on transferred it on the test booklet. Now, I’ve realized that there’s an instruction not to write any answers on the exam/question paper. Does it will affect my score? I got nervous now.

June 7, 2015 at 8:49 am #254682But I think the exam format now is better than cutting down the scenario questions and increasing the MCQ. 🙂

Haha all three of us are dying here! I felt confident with the paper how about you two (Ana and Jombee)?I find the exam not really difficult so I hope it would result to good marks too. I’m really praying for it. 🙂

So I did something really stupid. I marked Part B Q3 the wrong way around.I marked the CSOCI as (b) and the CSOFP as (a)
Will this matter? Will the examiner look past this and mark both sections or be cruel and leave them out?
I hope ACCA team would consider that. And I’m sure if you’ve got the correct answer, they would understand it to give you corresponding marks.

Looking forward to seeing Mike Little’s suggested answers, are you?Oh Mr. Mike where are you? Can you give us what we need please…? lol
But seriously, I think the reason why Mr. Mike has no plans yet of giving his suggested answers is because with MCQs alone, a candidate would know if he/she passed the exam. And truly, it would spoil everything.

I agree with youI hope no trick in this question because for me it’s an invitation to treat. And it’s the discretion of Ann to accept or not the offers. And post rule is not applied here since advertisement is not an offer. Therefore, no agreement or contract has been established except for the one who truly a legal buyer.
December 9, 2014 at 9:38 pm #219890Q18 C is about goodwill not impairment. So I think it’s D.
December 9, 2014 at 8:30 pm #219875I think its remoteness of damages. Market rule means damages payable by the defendant is based on the difference of selling price in the market or proceeds of sale and the amount being agreed in the contract. My thought.
