ok, so i have it all wrong…

    my constraints were:
    3Creams + 2 lotions < 5000
    1cream + 0.5 lotion<1600

Dun so disappointed, so long as you have working still can get mark 🙂

I think there were 4 constraints in q3?

    2 constraints for materials
    1 constraint for skilled labour
1 for Lotion max demand <2000

    no>?

Yes Marcin, there were 4 constraints in Q3(actually should be 5 constraints last one should be x,y >=0)and 2 were binding constraints were contributed maximize equation which as follows:-
    1. 3x + 2y = 5000 grams -material
    2. 4x + 5y = 9600 minutes -labour
thus, the answer should be cream (x)=828.57 and lotion (y) =1257.15
    The maximized contribution therefore : C=9x+8y =$17,514.33
From above equation we can get the shadow price for material was $1.84 and slack was 142.86 grams.

Hope all friends can pass the exam 🙂

    linear programming

    x= 825, y = 1275

OMG.. My answer was x=828.57 and y=1,257.15 🙁
but the binding constranits is it:
    1. 3x + 2y = 5000
    2. 4x + 5y = 9600
