I failed with 43, which is way higher than I expect. 1st time with AFM, so I think I can pass next time. Congrats to who have passed.
Try with different approach, mate. I’m 30 now, ACCA student with 2 P-modules left, we’re at the same country as I understand the situation. Service is not the only way to use ACCA knowledge, try other industries. Hell, I didn’t even work at Big 4 but I did have my time with audit service so I know one thing or two. Big 4 can grant you an entitlement but it will not ensure you will have a silver plate at the end. Don’t keep doing same thing over and over again, and expect different outcome. Step aside, think different. That’s how I can work as budget management specialist for a FDI construction corp nowadays. Good luck.
ACCA god has smiled upon me with a 59 mark and a pass. I didn’t have time to consume all the knowledge so I relied a lot on common sense and what I can remembered from Opentuition note. I didn’t use pretty much any model, keep in mind that you need prepare the answer in required format. Tks God that I have a job that dealing with lot of reports so it wasn’t not much a problem. Just think with common sense, image yourself are doing your job not attend an exam. You’ll be fine. Good luck.
They asked for SFA model so i gave it a go but my answer was messed cause there were some ideas i was confused which to put it: the S or The A. I can say this new format made SBL is ok or totally disaster, no middle ground.
That’s one I got wrong, tbh, I jumped to assess the impact and the likelihood of risk based on pre-seen stuff. Afterward, I felt stupid lol. About the AI, Corjetz is low-cost airline so any significant investment will affect the price war, and the AI was successful for military not commercial, no NPV appraisal was added to the proposal. Too many red flags for me.
I got the same thing, the AI method is kinda odd. From my POV, it’s too risky to invest this early but pre-seen said Corjetz is always eager to adopt new tech earlier. And like everyone else said, the whole exam is 5-10% syllabus, which is weird.
I think pre-seen is a kind of diversion, and exhibit is irrelevant to pre-seen as a whole. I barely made it out on time, the answer for last task was too basic. I forgot almost every technical knowledge and just used logic + common sense. Let’s see on October 16th.
