    Just a recap.
    -It’s not enough to be ‘opted in’ in myacca.
    -In addition to be ‘opted in’, a candidate must hold a suitable proof of proficiency in English language.
    -The above applies also to UK, Irish, NZ, etc. nationals.

    Is the above correct?
