I think I have tendency to think that I may have missed something important when reading questions because my first language is not english. To me I think “on performance management” is important in this question which led to to think that i should say something like “The switch may lead to increase in difficulty to do performance management work because ….”.

If this is what they really want then I have no idea how i can pass this question. So, is it safe to slightly modify the question to make it look like the usual question?
