Failed 47% last exam – lame! Well I got 7 weeks to learn rules this exam is all about rote learning and regurtitation. F6 is more useful.

It has to be 45 degree kicks and depends on what leg is dominant. It was covered in the F2 syllabus I believe…

    Good luck

I figured out how to see your results!

    Log into myacca…

    Then click on Status.

Jump up 3 times 3 leg kicks spin around 5 times then logout then back in and your results will be there.

I tried this hardest thing but it worked and also can see pass rates too! P2 was 23% this time around 🙁

ok ok Does anybody think they marked VERY leniently on the 50 marker? I ended up passing but definitely struggled during that as it was ambiguous questions and really tough to squeeze out different points from my ass!

I agree with the girl saying you are all acting childish for getting crazy about slight differences on emails… they don’t mean anything. If I hurt feelings grow a thicker skin you will need it in this big bad world.

That being said, it is more interesting to be optimistic and have fun instead of worry and analyze verbage on an email – does not mean anything and is getting very boring! So I will attempt to divert this thread to predictions. I predict: –

    P1 56
    P7 52

For q5 on the delay of information I said no impact on audit report because they got the info at the end…

But within Audit Report the auditor must disclose any issues with management. I said I would let the AC know about the failure to provide sufficient documentation and consider whether to disclose in the Audit Report the issue.

For the liquidation q. I told them that with the extent of liabilities and already being giong concern… to review timeliness of contracts being executed and if not for foreseeable future if they keep trading it would be fraudulent trading and directors would be partially liable and see prison time. I advised to do a directors voluntary liquidation and then went through the steps of that process and the hierarchy of creditors etc.

    Thoughts to my approach?

Memorizing alone you may pass F1 and F4. But all of the others you would not even score 20% on the papers

I would say your title is defined by the type of work you do not by a qualification. If you do A/R billings you are a clerk, if you do Accounts prep for a manager you are Accounts Assistant, if you do Accounts to Trial balance and you report to the CFO or Controller (not a manager) you are an Accountant etc

Have you looked at the CIMA questions though… they are considerably easier now than ACCA MCQs

It is all relative. CIMA is not as well rounded or prestigious as ACCA but they are far more up with the times with their quarterly on demand exam implementation.
