    thank you Gromit for that technical guide. I would have written more detailly on all the aspects of PESTLE and wouldn’t have thought to merge some points about the 5 Forces when doing a SWOTS analysis

    its a bit confusing really because the books say FCF to the firm we don’t deduct debts but we deduct debts to arrive at the FCFE ie the net worth due to equity shares.
    I was going to have treated same way as Saad.

    Stacie, its better we use the following formula: no. of contracts x contract size x (futures rate at expiry- futures spot rate) = GAIN/(LOSS). is this correct John?

    And if I may add John; a management buyout is the attribution of the shares of the division which has been earmarked for sale to existing shareholders of the group not entirely new shareholders. This may also explain why the share capital attributable to the fridge division isnt excluded.
