Yes I got this question! I actually read up on this last thing before the exam.. I explained the different funding policies for working capital – conservative (using long term finance for permanent and fluctuation current assets), aggressive (using short term finance) and matching (using short term finance for fluctuating and long term for permanent assets. Hoping that’s what they wanted!

I got a zero cost gap too thought it was odd but the question said ‘if any’ which made me think it was correct!
I just wanted to say how glad I am I found Mike’s lectures. I had read the kaplan book cover to cover first and had a basic understanding but after starting Mike’s lectures its just made the knowledge really sink in.
I love his sense of humour and the cases he uses to illustrate points of law, I was so worried about home study after being in college for all of my AAT and can’t thank you enough for these lectures. My exam is in August and I love that I look forward to these videos each evening!
