My approach on the reward system was evaluating the customer satisfaction standard against the building block requirements for standard and rewards. I discussed about ownership, achievability, and fairness of the standard and the clarity, controllability and motivation of the reward.i am not sure if this will make sense to the Examiner!

Was fair for me. Keep fingers crossed I passed this time. Section A&B tricky cause no much guess work. Eat what you kill kind of structure. Struggled my way through Sec C on ROI and RI. Could not finish question on profit table. Got confused by set up costs and time was not on side. Overall fair compared to Sept exam which
was as hard as stone to me.???

What you have said is given in the exam so no need to memorise. Issues like the diesel car benefit, IHT annual allowance, van benefit, generally staff not on your examinable documents. As you read through the taxation lectures the Tutor tells you what is and is not given in the exam

Section A and B were fair to me. Section C the last question on variances was doale, however I had spent most of the time trying to navigate the question on Interpal which was a total disaster for me. If I do not make it the great lesson learnt is time Management. I hope I picked enough questions under Sections A and B to get me a pass mark. Worried coz I studied and prepared hard for this exam and would hae wanted to pass it on one sitting…
Is Mr John Moffat the examiner, coz of references of similar surnames in the questions?
