Where there a question about product and service quality?what did u answer there?the more I think of the exam the less I believe I have passed..

Was the first question asking about the manipulation of NFPIs?What was a proper answer for this? Taking for the first time CBE, I did not managed to finish on time, I left the most parts of the third question (pyramid) unanswered..I just written down some ideas concerning rewards…I home the other two questions to be quite completed..finger crossed..

Do you remember if Q4 a) question asked for the pricing policy that the company should follow or the pricing criteria?I think that the clock is about positioning policies and that is not the proper answer…but I Don t know which is the right one..

Yes maybe it s a tricky question..and the correct answer is low/low…why is the question referred to 2 stakeholders of the same category..?I don t know..

My second thought was that the library users were not reacted to the development of the project.In fact the leader of the housing association make the allegation that the library users will react because of their interest for the library..

I found it really difficult to finish in time…I am wondering how users of puplic library could be classified as stakeholders..at Q1?Any answers?
