Can I reconfirm the word count for SLS at 2000 max is solely counting the 4 qns wordings or do we need to include the presentation outline & content pg as well?

Can you advise me if an evaluation is still required since I’ve covered the bench-marking of organisations.
As highlighted in the OBU info pack, it seems to evaluate is to form judgement and this should be against a comparator.
So, to have another section for evaluation of the main company’s performance is it duplicating?I’ve covered my conclusion based on how well objectives n qns have been met but nothing on the above.

Thank you for your pointer. I will use separate reference list and appendices for SLS.
However, I meant to ask, do we need to detach reference list and appendices from RR & SLS for submission as in the submission portal it offers 3 separate options for file upload.

Also, for SLS, if we have made references and bibliography, is it alright to follow the same as RR, i.e. all in 1?Just logged in to submission portal and noticed they have listed submission of files by the respective:-

4. Presentation

1.) I don’t quite get you on this:
“Pasting as picture is not an issue but in excel you should show how you made graph through excel to demonstrate IT skills.” Does this mean we need to submit our excel working file as well?2.) Also, on the differing year end to mention under limitation on info gathering… should we place this under acct/biz techniques used & limitations instead as this relates to bench-marking?
3.) Our analysis on the ratios are very much referenced against the annual report or other management report, so I have placed quite a number of such references after each year’s ratio analysis. Is this right? Further, those information are facts which we need to use.
4.) About the presentation slides, will we be penalized for inserting speaker notes for referencing during the presentation?
5.) My last meeting with mentor for presentation is 18th Nov (due to availability and it’s to be virtual).
Will OBU reckon this as inefficient and raise an issue?6.) The 20th submission deadline, is it based on UK’s time? What information do we need to obtain from our mentor along with our RAP submission?

I’ve managed my RR to 7415 words. Is this a safe range since the tables and charts have not been counted in.
How do they account for the wordings in tables and charts? Rough gauge?Also, do we need to indicate breakdown of word count by the respective sections? Or the total at cover pg will suffice?

Also, do we need to include a computation breakdown for income statm YoY analysis since the YoY figures are direct extracted from the statm?

Thanks for your prompt response and the advices provided.
Need some further clarifications on:-
Qn: Is it sufficient to provide only the last FY for benchmark analysis as both organisations have diff FY.
Ans : Yes you can but you need to have 2 competitors then for only last year comparisons i.e. 1 Year Main Company + 1 Year 1 Competitor + 1 Year of 2nd Competitor = 3 Years AnalysisI have checked that the 2nd competitor is having diff FY as the main competitor as well.
Qn: Should I still proceed or should I stick with the 1st competitor but providing 3 yrs analysis against main competitor?
Qn: If I should go with 2 competitors approach, am I right to place the analysis as “A vs B” and “A vs C”? This counts as 3yrs analysis?Qn: Pertaining the appendices, I have copied and pasted the relevant details as picture. Is this acceptable?
Qn: Should we present graphs/tables to include figures of the prior yr, ie. 4 yrs of data will be shown as this will allow better understanding on the performance of the 1st yr analysed.

Few questions to seek your advice:-
1. Is it sufficient to provide only the last FY for benchmark analysis as both organisations have diff FY.
2. A business model (PEST) along with the ratio analysis, is this sufficient for topic 8?
3. For the ratio analysis, is it unnecessary to provide definition and formula of the ratios as I’m using this information to support the figures and analysis within the main RAP.
