@icedawn does the performance prism link in to risk appetite though, that’s the bit I wasn’t sure about, the performance prism discusses considering stakeholder satisfaction and capabilities but not so much risk? It was also confusing that it mentions stakeholder interest which seems more mendelows matrix so I used points from the prism (stakeholder satisfaction and strategy) but used matrix more. F••k knows what the examiner wants!
March 10, 2016 at 1:38 pm #305272@bhumika I feel the same, my last exam, it was my second sitting of P5, with my other exams I come out reasonably confident I know roughly what sort of mark I will get, have passed the others mostly in first sitting, but P5 is different. I am considering changing to P4 because I just cannot imagine ever coming out of P5 feeling confident even though I have done loads of practice questions, know all of the material etc
March 9, 2016 at 5:21 pm #304841@izabolotna I agree, exam technique I think is good second attempt for me, have done whole revision book of practice questions, revision course, k ow the syllabus, got 40% in DEC, I don’t think I will ever walk out p5 feeling confident!
March 9, 2016 at 5:10 pm #304815I didn’t use all of the performance data for measures in Q1, as only 4 quality, delivery, cycle time, waste relates to operational performance?
