ACCA website from the mock exams section – it is called ‘TX-UK Practice Exam 1 – FA 2022’
Is there any other way to access the answers other than doing the exam and going to the mark tab on the ACCA platform? Unfortunately I am having issues. I can see it in my results tab as pending but nothing in the mark tab for me to self mark. I raised this with ACCA on Monday but I am still waiting on a response. This is my 4th Skilled exam so I am familiar with how the process usually works but I think it’s just glitching. I’ve tried changing browser, clearing cache etc.
Yeah okay, I understand. So, I have another question where I think the same thing follows and it’s the wording of the question.
The duties of a company secretary for a private company are prescribed by whom?
1. not applicable as private companies don’t require one (this is what I had selected)
2. Company law
3. The company’s constitution
4. The board of directors (this is the answer)It’s because a private company can CHOOSE to have a secretary so then would be the board of directors?
