What would u say they really bother to do this for every report….?
and kindly tell me your part 1 2 3 and cover and index pg word count separately so i would get an idea….

November 18, 2013 at 12:12 pm #146585after getting above email do i need to limit my all RAP words (including all word of part 1 2 3, cover and index pg) upto 6950..becoz my words and numbers in all graph, pic and tables are 550 (which are not being shown by word)…???

Dear student,
Thank you for your email. I will try to explain what we need from you;
The project (RAP) has a maximum allowance of 7,500 words, any words in excess of this will not be marked;
Each section has a SUGGESTED word count, these are not fixed and there is no penalty if you write more or less in each section;
You will have some words, on your title page, contents, acknowledgements, etc that you will have to count to the total;
Your total available for Parts 1,2 & 3 will then be less than 7,500 words
You need to remember to count all words, including any words AND NUMBERS in table, graphs and pictures;
I hope that this helps, but please remember you are only asked to write between 7,000 and 7,500 words.

becoz i used it without taking as such consideration about reliability and authenticity ……as per me i was unable to make sure the website integrity….

I simply made all graphs in excel, then paste as picture in my word doc….
i dont have any back up of that excel sheet, i deleted it ….then what can i do..? it is not acceptable only picture graph..?
the reason for pasting as picture is that, normal graphical chart in word, out their formatting themselves while open and closing document….

If i used many times (36 times) a single source (annual report) would it create any issue….? I have used approx 110 references in my whole report…. I have heard from someone examiner could fail on this issue and examiner used to do this in past…. Plz guide me i am very confused…
Secondly i used all graphs as “picture paste” so it is not creating any word count…may i need to replace pictures with “graphical word format”….???

I want to ask:
1) Cover pg and Table of Contents pg words are included in RR….? and if yes than in which part they would include..?
2) If i want to check my report through “Turninit Software” , may u help me in doing so..? i have heard that IBA students check their reports through it…..
3) For achieving “A’ grade which qualities should be there in my report…?
4) If i use less words in part 1 and 2 and more in part 3 let say 800-900 in part 1, 1800 in part 2 and 4800 in part 3…so would it create some negative impact on my report or it is more good way to analyse part 3 in detail…?
5) I want some expert opinion on my report for betterments, before i submit it to OBU…..how can i manage it…?
