    But lets say such issues if they come in our exam,we wont start saying that its not a core issue /opentuiton notes did not have any related notes regarding de minimis test…F6 is just stupidity..so many rules and conditions which are not even practical to non UK citizens..just cramming things which by the time you reach in f8,you have forgotten everything about f6!

    Are you sure?what kit did you practice?
    Because, in this case there is no need in marginal cost whereas they give huge data fot it’s calculation.

    I followed the revision kit of ACCA ..okay i know in the revision kit in some que they have given variable cost(eg 40) which they have said = mr but in some que they havent given variable cost ,so they have said mr=0 .but unfortunately while in the exam hall i forgot this stuff

    F5 was easy ! 50 marks were a piece of cake. No excuses for well prepared students like us. Only with Opentuition and a revision kit, you could write 70 and 80 marks at ease.
    How did you do que 31

    The way i have shown above once you get value for a which is 400.
    Mr=400-0.0008Q..when mc is not given take it as 0(from revision kit question)thus mr =0
    0=400 -0.0008q thus q= 500000..
    P=400-(0.0004 ×500000)
    P=200 .

    Que 31..In exam i didnt know how to get value for a..but after coming home i realised that at maximum demand price is 0..therefore 0=a-(1000000 ×0.0004)
    a= 400….i regret i dint think during exam time

    I must admit, I sometimes don’t understand marking. I paid for remark. They did not give much info. I scored 61% on F7 last sitting and found exam solid. Failed F9 when found paper easier!..
    What are the procedures of getting paper remarked???

    Sometimes you may find the exam easy and you get 49% while sometimes you may find the exam hard and get 50%..i wonder if there is some scandal going on with the marking or some standardisation of marks!!
