I was going to see if I could help with this but this is a Section C question with multiple parts. Which calculation are you referring to? It’s well explained in the answer section, especially with regards to this question.

Sorry I don’t mean the entire course but it seems to mention a lot of what is mentioned in the course notes, and obviously doesn’t go in to as much detail.

For example, looking at performance measurement, the technical articles cover:

– Balanced scorecard
– Building block model
– Decentralisation/Performance indicators like ROI/RI
– Transfer pricing
– Not for profit organisations

From what I can see it’s covered a lot in the above. Only areas I can think of that are missing are types of information systems and information requirements (strategic, tactical or operational).

Just an observation really.
