Thank you for such a useful post, and thank you very much for your comments about OpenTuition 🙂Many congratulations on qualifying – I am very pleased indeed for you.
Hi John,
I want to thank you for your hard work and help that you provided to everyone! I started my ACCA journey way back in 2013 and used it to pass F6 and F8 before I stopped my ACCA as I got offered a job at a bank on a IT project and not directly relevant to the ACCA qualification.
In May 2017, 4 years later I got offered a job at the same bank within finance/risk my line manager encouraged me to restart my ACCA and for the first 6 months I wasn’t able to get help with funding and used OT to pass my remaining F papers F7 and F5. I remember your F5 lectures being excellent.
I then used OT to pass P1, P3 and P4 (although did a revision course with Kaplan). I went to Kaplan for ATX/P6 ad SBR. The point I want to make is I found the teaching to be excellent and at sometimes used OT videos to cover any gaps in my Kaplan courses as there was loads of self-study.
I am really amazed of your vast knowledge and the amount of subjects you are able to teach to such high standards.
Thank you to all of the other OT tutors such as Keith – I also enjoyed his P3 lectures and was able to get my highest mark in P3.
I am now also an ACCA Affiliate.

I got “get prepared for your March exams” even though I’m a finalist and hoping I passed my last exam in December. It doesn’t mean anything (as quite a few people have previously pointed out) but is a little insensitive from ACCA!You can unsubscribe from these e-mails so not everyone will get them.
Yes – i agree no finalist should receive these especially next to acca results.
Was your last paper also ATX UK?January 11, 2019 at 1:14 pm #500825January 11, 2019 at 1:05 pm #500822i received that too @sacca1 – hopefully it doesnt mean anything!
January 10, 2019 at 9:42 am #500586yes I saw the tick box @sacca1

October 15, 2018 at 10:14 am #478349Passed 73% – I was lucky enough to do a Kaplan course.
Still watched OT videos for anything that was a recap of F7 so a big thanks!
May 3, 2018 at 11:30 am #449919Thanks for your quick response!
I got one more query.
Given that 1.5938 is today’s spot and similar to real life we won’t know what spot will be in 3 months time. Is it correct to say that we won’t know if the options are in worth executing?
Unlike example 3 from the options foreign exchange chapter.
April 16, 2018 at 9:33 am #44725872% first attempt! Thank God.
Dino webinars on ACCA website and open tuition helped lots. - AuthorPosts
