I had the same question with the gears and brakes and to be honest I got so confused – I decided to see what is the incremental cost of buying after deducting all of the cost savings from the production data but I got nowhere :D. Section A and B were alright even though I have many questions which I am not sure. Section C was better but I did not have time to finish one of the balanced scorecard dimension.

The strangest thing in my exam was that there was only 1 question (in part A) regarding variances and I tried to revise as much as I can there since it was the most difficult (from my point of view) and I was really surprised that only one question appeared on the actual exam.
