Hi.
I got it regression as well and OFF co. I was really shocked! I believe I could answer the regression part and the profit.
And R square was about 3% , I’m not sure if it was correct or no, but I followed the formula.

I calculated like this: revenue 30,000*16
Cost 30,000*11.25*1.1 ( this is for government cost)
And then profit.
Lastly I explained they should consider profit, ethical attitudes and shortage of workers in increasing the wages.
For limitations of regression analysis, I explained thee could be other factors which might affect.
So, I’m not sure how will they mark!
