I have just finished my final F level paper in December 2017, i was always opted for BSC OBU degree programme. But now on my ACCA portal it shows not eligible for OBU and i assume it is because of the english language certificate.
I always knew i need english language certificate to submit RAP was not aware that this was to be done before i complete my last F level papers.
Please advise as to what can i do now? I have not contacted the ACCA as of yet. I am very worries, having no other degree I am very desperate and always relied on BSC OBU.
March 2, 2018 at 10:04 am #439684Hi,
Initially I was always opted for the OBU BSC degree programme and have just completed my last F level paper in December 2017. (F7)
I just noticed that my ACCA portal it says not eligible for OBU Degree Partneship. After searching about it I discovered it is because of English Language Requirements. And I knew that ACCA students who pass F4 after June 2014 will need to have the relevant english language certificate to submit the RAP for BSC degree programme. Unfortunatey I passed my F4 exam in December 2014.
The question is that can I now give the exam of IELTS to suffice for the requirement and to be eligible for the programme. Somewhere I read to provide the appropriate certificate and update before completing F7, F8 & F9. I have just completed my F levels last session. I really dont want to miss out on the degree programme and its really freaking me out.
Please advice on the same as IELTS is very small exam and i am confident enough that i will get the relevant certificate asap. But can I do the same now as i have already completed my F levels. I am very worried and in a panic as i dont want to miss out on the degree programme.
Expecting a quick response.

August 30, 2017 at 2:43 pm #404377Hi
I think I am getting more comfortable with the mcqs now. Tried out mcqs from all previous
exam papers along with opentuition lectures.
I have observed the style of the exam there are always a lot of questions on Financial systems(money market, capital market, Macroeconomic policies) and Risk Management(Interest rate risk and forex).
I just realised that I was loosing easy marks in these topics as they require an extra bit of attention and understanding.I hope will be better off this time and hopefully pass.
Thank you so much for your help.July 17, 2017 at 5:42 am #3967283rd attempt – 47% stuck at the same score since last 3 attempts.
Tried everything to gain those 3 marks.Seems Unbelievable!
Please suggest something.April 17, 2017 at 1:30 am #381771You are not alone.

For the F4 Eng can we give the CBE exam at various dates?, the same as F1-F3 or it can only be appeared in June and Dec(6 monthly) ?
