Not accept or perform work which they are not competent to undertake unless they obtain such advice and assistance as will enable them competently to carry out their work. Carry out their professional work with due skill, care, diligence and expedition and with proper regard for the technical and professional standards expected of them as members. Behave with courtesy and consideration towards all those with whom they come into contact during the course of performing their work. The Specific Guidance Statements
These deal with the specific areas where independence may be threatened.- Integrity, Objectivity and Independence

@admin Please send me the link of updated past papers of p6 with relevant changes in rates and syllabus.
Thanking u in anticipation..
You need to buy revision kit!! ACCA does not update past papers..
Thank you for your support. But l will like to know the difference between this set of lectures and the alternative lecture.
Are they the same set of lectures? If not, which one of them is more authentic for June 2015 exams.
Thank you and God bless you.
Hie Mike,
Which lectures are for INT variant?? pls help
Hie are all these lectures for INT or UK VARIANT PLS REPLY !!?
It is for INT variant
Are these lectures valid for June 2015 exams
Yes, they are.
Where can we get the handouts that the lecturer is discussing with the students? It feels imbalanced trying to keep up without access to the material.
I believe that the handouts to which you refer we’re a copy of the financial / annual report for 2012 for a UK company called Devro Plc.
You can download those financial statements from the internet
Thanks for these lectures, find them really helpful in understanding the notes and the chapters in the BPP book as well… find just reading about audit hard going.
yes, it is isn’t it!
Are these p7 lectures relevant to Dec 2014 sitting ??
They certainly are!
You need to make sure that you are up-to-date with the topic of “integrated reporting” – there’s a chapter in the course notes, but there’s no lecture
Otherwise, the lectures are fine
are these lectures are not downloadable
Correct – they are not downloadable – it’s the only way we can keep the website free
Sorry
Lecture is fine and I hope I will pass in June
I AM HAVEING PROBLEM WITH THE VIDEO LECTURE
Lecture is in two formats.. so if you can’t play even one of them.. problem is with your pc/device
visit the support page for help.
ps. DO NOT type in BIG Letters 🙂
How can I download these lectures directly without having a downloader on my machine?
Lectures are free but you should watch them online
They are not downloadable!!
thank you so much for your help.having acess to these lectures for free is unbeliveble.
they are much better than any p7 lecture i have attended so far.
You’re welcome – just tell your friends about the site so they too can share
The video is so blurred such that one has to strained his eyes to barely see what is on the screen. Can there be any improvement.
Download the course notes
It’s all there
You don’t have to look at the video 😉
got problem of watching this lecture, but fine with all the alternative lectures, wondering if this normal or i m the only one got this issue?
moreover, the alternative ones are for the 2010 exams, are those the most updated videos? Or there will be new versions later on?
I can’t answer your access problems to the lecture. However, I am able to address the second problem. There really hasn’t been any earth-shattering changes in Auditing in the last 5 years (if you think about it, in the last 100 years!) so the up-loaded lectures are still fine for the December 2013 exams
are these opentution course notes follow syllabus of ACCA p7 international variant or any other variant?I am getting different notes and chapters in these course notes which is not mentioned in my p7 international variant textbook.
please help.
So beneficial and can easily follow if u have the open tuition notes open.
Colleagues, try it, it works
I can view this videos. I don’t know if am alone. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please visit the support page: https://opentuition.com/support/
i am unable to watch the lecture videos. Each time i try i am told the URL is forbidden. what do i do?
What device are you using? Look at support page for help
hi all,
I’m having the same problems – I can’t watch this video (and all other P7 lectures), I see only the first slide all the time although the audio is very good.
I tried watching it on 2 different computers and a tablet, on this website and on youtube but I still see no movement. I checked the other acca video courses and they are fine so I was wondering if everything is ok with p7 lectures.
Could you please advise?
Thanks, Kaja
kaja; p7 lectures are without movement. you should really look at your course notes, not the lecture 🙂
Thank Mike,
These lectures are exceptionally good.
they covers the whole syllabus and are very clear,
one can do without reading reading any text book with these lectures, just revision kit practice and pass.
After a recommendation like that, I sincerely hope you passed the exam in June 🙂
