Hello,
My qualification is an intermediate in Commerce (I.COM). I began working as a junior account officer in a private company three months ago. I am responsible for handling cash, entering sales and expense entries into accounting software, and auditing weekly customer ledgers, supplier ledgers, and bank statements as part of my job. My goal is to advance my career in bookkeeping.
I can’t afford the complete training and exams for the ACCA course. Is a Foundation Diploma the most appropriate choice for me to advance my career and improve my bookkeeping skills?

This is the home page for starting out on an ACCA qualification https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/study-with-acca.html
To start planning your journey, you need to find the qualification that is right for you https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/study-with-acca/our-qualifications.html
The Foundations in Diploma (available only in Pakistan) is well advertised here https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/qualifications/glance/foundation-level/foundation-diploma.html
A potential downside to this is that you do need to do all 7 exams, including the certificates, and pay exam fees for all https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/about-our-exams/remote-exams/on-demand-remote-exams/fees.html – whereas you could actually the skip the first 4 exams and start at RQF Level 4 if you meet the eligibility requirements. Put “ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (RQF level 4)” in to a browser and you should find a pdf to download “ACCA Diploma in Accounting
and Business (RQF Level 4) QUALIFICATION SPECIFICATION”There are lots of FREE resources out there – you don’t need to pay more than ACCA registration and exam fees if you’re prepared to self study – here are the landing pages for all our resources:
ACCA: https://opentuition.com/acca
Foundations (FIA): https://opentuition.com/fiaUse of our forums is FREE, so you can ask fellow students or tutors at any time.
If you sign up with ACCA, you will have access to ACCA-X https://www.acca-x.com/global/en/about-acca-x.html for FIA and/or the Study Hub for the professional qualification https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/your-study-options/studyhub.html
You don’t have to pay for anything to see a wide range of ACCA resources – e.g. go to this page https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources.html – select a qualification – select an exam – and you will see things like the syllabus, examining team guidance, specimen exams, technical articles, etc.
There’s lots for you to explore!
