I have to submit my Rap for may 2024
It is a US based company, with a year ended of 31 December 2023
Only 10 k report is available on the website as of now
Can the 10k report be used for 2023 figures in my report ?
Or does if have to be the annual report for 2023

I am sorry but I don’t know the answer. However, your duplicate post to the OBU forum will be answered in due course. (We still have Easter holidays here in the UK.)
