Hello tutor!!
There are also some measures by which performance can be controlled e.g. balanced scorecard and Fitzgerald and Moon measurement then why only VFM can satisfactorily achieved assessments ?
March 2, 2023 at 8:11 am #679940The question is about a not-for-profit organisation, whereas the Balanced Scorecard and Fitsgerald and Moon are are for profit making organisations.
Have you watched my free lectures on these?
March 5, 2023 at 9:38 pm #680202So can we use Balanced scorecard and Fitsgerald and Moon for NFPO or these measurements are not for NFPO. Only VFM is for NFPO ?
One more question is can we use VFM for profit seeking organisations too ?March 6, 2023 at 7:27 am #680209No. The balanced scorecard and Fitzgerald and Moon are not for NFPO’s.
For NFPO’s we use VFM.
Again, have you watched my free lectures on these?
