In relation to a competence framework, which TWO of the following statements are correct?

The framework should be capable of being monitored by the employer and employee

The framework should include measurable objectives reflecting required skills

The content of the competence framework should be determined by the employee

The requirements of the employee’s current job should reflect the learning objectives in the framework..

B is correct – this is really a description of a CF

C is pretty obviously wrong – employees, especially new ones often don’t know what’s required of them – except with reference to a CF.

A I can’t see much wrong with this although employers’ and employees’ views might differ. Employees ought to be allowed to try to judge how they are doing otherwise they are rudderless.

D CFs don’t normally show learning outcomes~: they show levels of competencies required perhaps also the levels attained so far.

So I would say B and A are correct.

No. These are straightforward, especially after my comments above.. Think about them.
