In Part B, I assigned goal as Customer Perspective : Cleanliness Internal business perspective: On time arrival I saw answer which shows both are interchanged. Cleanliness for Internal perspective and on time arrival for Customer service. I am confused that how I did wrong because customer perspective can be dependent on cleanliness of flight therefore organisation even conducted survey for that. Internal business operations can be managed better so that plane can be on time. Please help thank you.
