I will like to know why midyear acquisition is 6/12ths. Helvellyn acquired Armboth on 1 June 2020 and not 1 July 2020.
1 June 2020 to 31 December 2020 is 7 months post acquisition.
I think the post acquisition should be computed as 7/12 and not 6/12.
