How many hours should I dedicate?

ACCA explains that we should allocate about 150 hours study time per exam paper, do you think the 150 hours study time includes the hours spent learning the topics in the subject plus the hours spent revising the topics?

I’m worried because I can only spare 14 hours per week for ACCA which totals 168 hours in 3 months. If ACCA meant that the 150 hours study time per exam doesn’t include revision hours needed then I’m screwed to only being able to take one exam every 6months due to study time constraints from also working full time
