maam this is more of general question, but I wanted to understand isn’t it illegal to sell customer database? Mizzen co’s this third activity doesn’t quite seem legal! what do you think ma’am?
Not if the customers agree that there contact details, etc can be shared with third parties. For example, often when purchasing something via the internet there is a tick/check box to opt out of receiving advertising/promotions from third parties.
