The following performance objective has been suggested for an airline.
Improve the turnaround time on the ground.
To which perspective of the balanced scorecard does this objective belong?
The answer to this question as financial perspective is incorrect, and I probably don’t understand why the correct answer is really correct.

Increase seat revenue per plane.
To which perspective of the balanced scorecard does this objective belong?
I thought that it should be financial perspective because it is talking about revenue which is related to financial performance.
Improving the turnaround time is internal business perspective. It make things more efficient.
Increase seat revenue is a financial perspective – does the answer say different?
