    Hey Sir,
Hope you are keeping well 🙂
The question is from BPP and starts as follows:
Squarize is a large company which started as a pay-TV broadcaster and then started offering broadband and
telephone services to its pay-TV customers. Customers could take advantage of discounts for ‘bundle’ packages of
    all three services.
    My question :
    1) Volume of sales to new customers for each product/service ? we need to identify the the perspective here . isn’t it should be financial as the volume of sales are concerned as financial perspective am not sure about the answer explained in it ?
    2) the last question am not sure what the question asked from us as Innovation is the dimension of F & M and as per the question it asked about which is not ?

    Please help .!

    1. It is not a financial measure because it is not measuring the financial impact. Obviously new sales will have a financial impact but this is not measuring that the impact will be.

    2. This is a bit of an unfair trick of BPP (and was not in the original exam question – BPP have amended the original question). Although innovation is indeed a dimension, that is not what the question asks. It asks which is not a building block, and what is written in the answer is correct.

The three building blocks are those listed in the BPP answer.

The dimensions, the standards (i.e.the targets for each measure) and the rewards (i.e. how employees are rewarded for achieving the targets).
