There are 3 companies A,B and C having 5 shareholders ( family members father mother and 3 children) each having a 20% shareholding in all three of the companies.
The shareholders in these 3 companies transferred their rights to another entity D through an agreement but as per the license of companies A,B and C the individuals are mentioned as the owners and not company D.
Can Company D consolidate company A,B AND C and have consolidated financials as per IFRS 3?
