Hi
I am struggling to understand some questions in BPP practice kit.
I understand that we split lease liability to non-current and current. Current is our rent that we will pay soon and the rest is non-current liability.
Some questions ( question 105, page 30) say that to find current liability we need to find total liability for this year then for next year and the difference between them will be the current liability.
Now I am confused which method to use. Can you advise please.
Thanks
Oksana
Hi,
You need to look at your second paragraph as that is the method to be used, and is relatively easy to apply once you have practised a few questions.
Thanks
