Hi,
I understand that loss relief can be transferred between companies that have a 75% group relationship. However, can losses be transferred between an unincorporated business and a company, providing that the business has at least a 75% shareholding in the company? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. What’s your website? https://www.e-hameiri.co.il ? It appears to be in Arabic, which I don’t speak. If you are able to answer my question, and explain the conditions needed to transfer trading losses, can you do so here please? Thanks.

However two companies can transfer loss if they are part of 75% group controlled by unincorporated company.
Hope its helps.
