Hi,
I understand that loss relief can be transferred between companies that have a 75% group relationship. However, can losses be transferred between an unincorporated business and a company, providing that the business has at least a 75% shareholding in the company? Thanks.

However two companies can transfer loss if they are part of 75% group controlled by unincorporated company.
Hope its helps.
