Not able to figure out where am i actually going wrong. May be its due to the computer based exams which i am not well versed with. What should i do to improve ?

Sorry to hear that you have failed, but if you are not well versed in the computer based exams then you need to ensure that you practice using the CBE resources on the ACCA website. They give you the opportunity to answer exam questions using the software that you are faced with during the real exam.
