how to study for UK version?

sorry if you have been asked this before, I could not find it.

I am sitting the UK version. I can see you have a file for download on UK vs IFRS. Can I use your lectures to study fully for the UK version? Then just go through the aforementioned file to get the differences?

or would it be easier for me to use a study book instead of the OP lectures (for Uk version of the exam).
