Dear Sir,
I have some questions regarding exams and will be glad if you can reply. (Fyi, since i have an exemption because of being a CPA in my origin country, only SBL and SBR are compulsary for me at that point.)
As being a first timer who will be taking these exams, which one i have to start with, SBL or SBR?
And I also so much appreciate if you can tell me if it is enough for passing to make the preparation by reviewing post and specimen exams’ questions (the revision Kit (Kaplan)) + following video lecture notes in opentuition.com.

You can take them in either order. Bear in mind that SBL is the longer and harder of the two exams and requires more study time to prepare for it.
The OpenTuition lectures & notes, plus lots of question practice from the revision kit and past papers is enough to pass either of the two exams.

Since SBL is the harder and also again because of my busy schedule, i think i should take SBR first according to your comments.
