Hi Sir,
I erroneously selected SBR UK when booking my exam. I really should have selected SBR INT. Please answer me the following:
1. Would I be required to answer all the questions according to UK GAAP laws or only those specifically asked?
2. Would I still be able to work outside of the UK with the selection of this variant?
3. How would this affect my career? I really have no intentions of working in the UK.
Thanks.
Hi,
Don’t worry as you won’t have been the first person to do this.
1. All questions are answered under UK GAAP but there are relatively few differences so you won’t be at a disadvantages and if you compare past papers (INT vs. UK) then you will see that the papers are nearly identical.
2. I’d have thought so, as long as you have the qualification it doesn’t matter.
3. It won’t have any impact whatsoever.
Thanks
