Hi normally the treatment of surplus on revaluation of PPE is deducted in COS is it? Why is that so?
This is on the topic of single entity.Hi,
Any gain on revaluation of PPE is recognised through other comprehensive income. Where have you seen it deducted in cost of sales? It doesn’t quite sound right to me, but if you let me know where you’ve seen it I may be able to shed more light upon it.
