2)Hours worked are entered onto a pre printed payroll sheet by wages clerkMay 18, 2018 at 7:58 pm #452742Why?

May 26, 2018 at 1:18 pm #4540972) Sir as hours worked are entered onto a pre printed payroll sheet by wages clerk, so input by a clerk isn’t this a deficiency? Clerk may be inxperienced
1)Payroll standing files are sent to department managers on quarterly basis for review, but it has been after every 3 months so again isn’t this a deficiency?
May 26, 2018 at 5:13 pm #454131Someone has to do it. It is a simple task; what else would a clerk do?
Standing data files hold data that should not change frequently: wage rates, employees’ addresses, tax codeetcs. Reviewing once a quarter is good. Many companies would do it only once a year.
