Does F4 Malaysia variant for June 2018 sitting will test on Company Act 2016 instead of Company Act 1965?

The 1965 Act has been repealed and the relevant piece of legislation that is examinable from June 2018 onwards is the Companies Act 2016

    OK?

Believe me on this … there will not likely be any fundamental differences in the new text when compared with the old text

I suggest that you don’t even acquire a new text but, instead, start practicing NOW the mcqs in a revision kit from a reputable publisher

    And then practice them again

    And then again

And don’t write your attempts in the book itself – instead, write your answers on a separate piece of paper

That way, you won’t be influenced by your first attempt when you look at the question a second and a third time

    OK?

And post again on this forum whenever you hit a problem!

You’re welcome and post on this forum if you encounter a problem – I can answer your law questions from an English and a Global viewpoint and it’s unlikely that Malaysian law will be radically different

    OK?
