Does F4 Malaysia variant for June 2018 sitting will test on Company Act 2016 instead of Company Act 1965?
May 2, 2018 at 6:59 am #449763The 1965 Act has been repealed and the relevant piece of legislation that is examinable from June 2018 onwards is the Companies Act 2016
OK?
May 2, 2018 at 8:19 am #449772Ok thanks. Did published new textbook for june 2018 sitting? I can’t find any sources to refer for the new syllabus.
May 2, 2018 at 1:22 pm #449795Believe me on this … there will not likely be any fundamental differences in the new text when compared with the old text
I suggest that you don’t even acquire a new text but, instead, start practicing NOW the mcqs in a revision kit from a reputable publisher
And then practice them again
And then again
And don’t write your attempts in the book itself – instead, write your answers on a separate piece of paper
That way, you won’t be influenced by your first attempt when you look at the question a second and a third time
OK?
And post again on this forum whenever you hit a problem!
May 3, 2018 at 2:39 am #449866Ok, Thank you very much sir.
May 3, 2018 at 5:22 am #449871You’re welcome and post on this forum if you encounter a problem – I can answer your law questions from an English and a Global viewpoint and it’s unlikely that Malaysian law will be radically different
OK?
