Could you explain me the reasoning behind the Note 7: Holiday pay accruals please ?
From what i understand, 25 days paid leave should be accrued regardless of the number of unused holidays.

Hi,
Yes, we’d accrue for the entire of holiday pay that is unused and can be carried forward to the next year but here there are the employees who leave and are therefore not entitled to receive any cash for the untaken holiday. We will not accrue for these days as there is no obligation to pay it.
