    Sir,
    suppose i have purchased goods and paid cash based on share price

    Requirement : Can u explain me how should i treat this in financial statement (including initial and subsequent measurement) ????

    Hi,

    If you are paying cash then it is just a normal cash payment transaction for the purchase of the goods. The share price doesn’t have an impact.

    Sir, the cash was paíd based on share price.

    So that is Cash settled share based payment transaction.

    I wonder why you said no.
