Profession externalises what should have –> build up a body of theory and knowledge committed for the public interest

profession is the field which you have opted for working mean accounting , auditing and engineering etc
while professionalism is the behavior of delivering your duties under your profession. it normally depends on the education, individual thinking, society and the culture of there country or region.
